1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of javidsadat.com ("the Site") and any services provided by Javid Sadat ("we," "us," "our"), including but not limited to career coaching, resume services, and course materials.

By accessing the Site or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We offer the following services:

• Career Coaching & Resume Services: Packages that include detailed resume evaluations, ATS-optimized rewrites, and strategic LinkedIn profiling. Delivered based on the timeline specified in your chosen tier.
• Career Coaching: One-on-one strategy calls focused on job search planning, interview preparation, and salary negotiation for software engineers targeting FAANG+ companies.
• Courses: Digital course materials for self-paced learning, including the FAANG Job Search Playbook.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• Career Coaching & Resume Services: This is a one-time payment for a clearly defined package scope. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and before any work has begun. Once the rewrite or consultation process has started, no refunds will be issued.
• Coaching Calls: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Scope of Service

Our resume and coaching services are advisory in nature. We provide professional guidance based on recruiting experience at top technology companies. However:

• We do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or specific salary outcomes.
• The Resume Services include one initial rewrite. Additional revisions are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, the client's background, and interview performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and design — is the property of Javid Sadat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without express written permission.

6. Client Materials

By submitting your resume, LinkedIn profile, or other materials, you grant us permission to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering the purchased service. We will not share your materials with third parties without your consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Javid Sadat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated revision date at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
